Hmmm

Well, what the heck. I stumbled on this blogger ID that I must've created a couple of years ago, and lo and behold, 94 people had looked up my profile. So I guess I should write something. I'm a 30 year veteran agricultural reporter for radio and publications. I swing decidedly to the left politically, but I think the lefties who pimp for organic food and locavoring are nuts. We've developed a system that can feed large numbers of people, and you want to make it less efficient? Unsmart. I play keyboards, occasionally in rock and country bands, and I live near Little Rock, Arkansas, which is a pretty nice place. I'm originally from Detroit, and all of my local sports teams--all of them--currently suck, which is a pretty impressive accomplishment. TTFN. Don't forget to right.
